PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a transfer speed in a concentrator and to switch to an output buffer without blocking by allocating only valid cells to the output buffer of a banyan network in an order. SOLUTION: This switch is provided with a multiplex circuit 2 for multiplexing input signals for (m) units whose basic unit is (n) lines to (n) lines and a routing judgement circuit 3 for successively allocating the output ports of a line concentration buffer part 4 to the valid cells of the input signals in an input port order. The line concentration buffer part 4 is provided with (n)×(n) banyan networks for switching the valid cells to the respective output ports corresponding to the order of the output ports allocated in the routing judgement circuit 3 and (n) pieces of the output buffers corresponding to them.
