<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-speed routing and to reduce the loads of a controller for performing a routing processing in a base station host device for receiving a cell loaded with plural packets ATM (asynchronous transfer mode) cell of an AAL(ATM adaptation layer) type 2} from a base station. SOLUTION: The cell loaded with the plural packets is transmitted from the base station 1 to this base station host device 7 and a packet extraction means 2 extracts the plural packets included in the cell. A cell preparation means 3 prepares one internal processing cell based on information loaded on the payload part of one packet and a switching means 4 switches the respective internal processing cells to respective routes. In the communication of a reverse direction, the internal processing cell is transmitted from the switching means 4 to a packet preparation means 5 and the packet preparation means 5 prepares the packet based on the information loaded on the payload part of the internal processing cell. Then, a cell transmission means 6 gathers the plural packets to the same base station, prepares the cell loaded with the plural packets and transmits it to the base station 1.</p> |
