SOLUTION: When the difference D(n) of a reception electric field L10 during standby and the reception electric field L(n) of a peripheral cell (n) is smaller than a first prescribed electric field difference D1, a mobile terminal stores the frequency F(n) of the cell (n) as a correction object frequency Fx (S130). During mobile communication, whether or not the control channel frequency of the cell during the communication is the correction object frequency Fx is judged (S140). When it is the correction object frequency Fx and the reception electric field L20 of the channel during the communication becomes smaller (S150 and S170) or when the reception electric field L(n) of the peripheral cell (n) becomes larger than the reception electric field L20 though the control channel frequency of the cell during the communication is not the correction object frequency Fx (S160 and S190), changeover to the radio channel of the cell (n) is performed (S180).
