PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily perform the system construction of a plant monitoring/controlling computer or a plant monitoring/controlling computer for testing and to start a monitoring/control system at an early stage. SOLUTION: Although a preprocessor group 4C such as a CAD and CAE produces software for a supervisory control system and stores it as an inherent file 40d in a mass auxiliary storage device 4d of a plant monitoring/controlling computer 4D and thus, a system is constructed conventionally, an inherent file 40e of an existing plant monitoring/controlling computer 4E is copied to the device 4a, a system is started, the setting and change processing of parameters (computer name, computer ID, H/W configuration of a computer, order to decide startup method, etc.), which are proper to the system are performed and the system is constructed as an inherent file 40d. |
