PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish continuously stable power supply throughout an entire system, by commanding an object function for a power system, created based on the results of status evaluation and physical quantities on an area-by-area basis, as a switch operation signal optimized in coordination with other areas' systems. SOLUTION: A data acquiring apparatus 102a acquires the measured physical quantities (e.g. current, voltage) from each equipment. A database 103 stores data in the form of data associated with the equipment in the systems, measured physical quantity data of the systems, controllable equipment data and priority tables referred to when load interruption or power supply interruption is performed. Also, points at which areas are connected with one another and the reference values or range values for the physical quantities associated with such points are stored. Based on the information in the database 103, a status evaluating apparatus 104 calculates status monitoring indices, notably stability, and evaluates the status of the system in each area at the present time. Further, a control calculating apparatus 105 calculates control operation with the information in the database 103 taken into account as well, and a control commanding apparatus 106 issues a control command to the equipment in the power systems. |
