PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generating device and an information storage medium which can represent motion of a display body with a rich variety without preparing so many motion data. SOLUTION: A posture of an object consisting of plural parts is corrected according to a correction point HP determined on the basis of operation information inputted from an operation part and reference motion data which are previously stored. On a reference plane H determined by the reference motion data, 2nd and 3rd parts are rotated respectively according to the attitude A of a 1st joint having fixed positions before and after the correction and the distance of the correction point HP, while correction for rotating the 2nd and 3rd parts respectively is carried out on the basis of angles (αθ2 , βθ2 , γθ2 ) of rotation from a reference vector 320 to a correction vector 310. |
