PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the listening comparison of a model sound and a recorded sound of a learner. SOLUTION: A sound recording and reproducing device is provided with a ROM 11 to store the sound corresponding to one sentence comprising one or more words, a RAM 12 in which the sound stored in the ROM 11 and the corresponding external sound are inputted and stored, and a CPU 10 which detects a voiced part of the external sound stored in the RAM 12, and controls the reproducing timing of the voiced part of the detected external sound and the reproducing timing of the voiced part of the sound corresponding to the external sound stored in the ROM 11. |
