PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a system to retrieve and give trial of information of a desired music as well as a usual music program and to down-load music data. SOLUTION: A ground station 1 multiplexes audio digital data of a plurality of audio broadcast programs, GUI(graphical user interface GUI) data, and audio data for down-loading and transmits the multiplexed data to a receiver via a satellite 2. The receiver 3 displays a GUI menu relating to the audio broadcast. When music information is designated based on the display menu, an audio broadcast of a music program corresponding to the music information is selected. When an entry of down-loading of audio information is designated based on the display menu, audio data for down-loading corresponding to the music information are outputted. The audio data for down-loading are stored in a storage device 23 to down-load desired music data.
