PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate variations in a temperature of a floor material surface, to quicken start-up time of the temperature of the floor material surface, and to secure its safety and energy saving effects, by arranging a heat insulating material on one side of a sheet-shaped heating element, and by adherently integrating a surface material having function of far infrared radiation into the other remaining side. SOLUTION: In a sheet-shaped heating element 1, both sides of an electrothermal circuit unit 2 in the form of a winding path comprising aluminum foil are covered with a heat resistant insulating film 4 comprising a polypropylene resin, and they are integrally formed in a sheet shape as a whole. A surface material comprises aluminum foil or aluminum thin plates, and heat resistant coating having function of far infrared radiation is formed on at least one side of its surface. A heat insulating material is a foamed polystyrene plate. As a result, there is no high temperature parts, and the uniformity in heat is excellent, so that high safety can be secured. Moreover, heat can be transmitted to the floor material side instantaneously and efficiently, so that the efficiency of utilizing heat is improved, and that energy saving effects can be obtained. |
