PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide signal seal members capable of preventing the leakage of a developer removed from an electrophotographic photoreceptor drum with a cleaning member and removing the developer stuck to the electrophotographic photoreceptor drum in a part where the cleaning member does not exist, to provide a cleaning device, a process cartridge and an electrophotographic image forming device. SOLUTION: The seal members 10c are provided with developer leakage preventing parts 10c1 and developer removing parts 10c2, the developer leakage preventing parts 10c1 are brought into contact with one end part, in the longitudinal direction, of the cleaning member 10a to prevent the leakage of the developer and the developer removing parts 10c2 are brought into contact with the electrophotographic photoreceptor drum 7, to remove the developer, in positions facing interval holding members 9i for keeping the interval between a developing roller 9c for supplying the developer to the drum 7 and the drum 7 constant, while interposing the drum 7. |
