PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow the width of a circuit and to reduce a manufacturing cost also. SOLUTION: Rearrangeable wires 70 are formed between IC circuits 63R, 63G, 63B and respective electrodes 69 so that signal lines from terminals SR1 to SR8 on both the sides of the IC circuits 63R are wired on a 2nd layer (solid lines), signal lines from terminals SG1 to SG8 on both the sides of the IC circuit 63G are wired on a 3rd layer (broken lines) and signal lines from terminals SB1I to SB8 on both the sides of the IC circuit 63B are wired on a 4th layer (alternate long and short dash lines). In addition, these wires 70 are connected to signal lines (double lines) of a 1st layer connected to the IC circuits 63R, 63G, 63B and the electrodes 69 by using so-called through type through holes (○).
