PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management system where data are efficiently managed by limiting a service environment after reception of data. SOLUTION: A data storage means 11 stores data Dp. An environment discrimination means 12 discriminates a reception environment as to whether or not the same broadcast service as broadcasting of the data Dp is received. An authentication means 13 authenticates the user for the use of the data Dp by the user. A charging imposition control means 14 conducts charging control when the user uses the data Dp. A data execution means 15 is used to receive the broadcast service and executes use of the data Dp after the user is authenticated.
