PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize a load including that of general homes by integrating and displaying watt-hours at the measuring time in a set time zone. SOLUTION: A power arithmetic section 9 obtains the calculated value corresponding to the watt-hours consumed by a load 4 and inputs it to a central arithmetic section 12. The central arithmetic section 12 has a timing function for measuring time and integrates the watt-hours in the peak time zone set in a set section 13 as peak watt-hours, and it integrates the watt-hours in the normal time zone other than the peak time zone set in the set section 13 as normal watt-hours. The normal watt-hours and the peak watt-hours are converted into power charges and displayed on the normal charge time zone display section 15a and peak charge time zone display section 15b of a display unit 15. An alarm unit 14 is connected to the central arithmetic section 12. When the peak watt-hours exceed the basic watt-hours set in advance, the situation is reported via an alarm by sound or light. |
