PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generating device and an information storage medium which can smoothly change the motion of an object in an object space. SOLUTION: First motion data D1 to D6 for changing the character 41 from a 1st state to a 2nd state, second motion data F1 to F6 for changing the character from the 1st state to a 3rd state, and third motion data E1 to E6 for changing the character from the 1st state to a 4th intermediate state between the 2nd and 3rd states are prepared. When a player tilts a vehicle body by 45 deg. during the reproduction of the first motion data, the motion data are reproduced in the order of D1, D2, E3, E4, F5, and F6. The third motion data are reproduced through the first and second states in order according to the traveling state of the bike 40 and a map. This is effective to the motion reproduction of the character 41 riding the bike 40. Pieces of third motion data are prepared and selected according to stepwise changes of the operation data and game state. The first, second, and third motion data consist of the same number of frames. |
