<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic apparatus, for the soundness of a cable penetration, by which an exfoliation degree is diagnosed, irrespective of the existence of a leak by monitoring a vacuum, on the basis of the capacitance, the dielectric loss or the like of a filler used to maintain airtightness in the module part of a cable penetration. SOLUTION: A diagnostic apparatus, for the soundness such as the airtightness of the like of a cable penetration 10 which is passed airtightly through a partition by connecting a cable 15 or the like from both sides is composed of a capacitance measuring means 26 which measures a capacitance across a through conductor 12 which is passed through the partition of the cable penetration 10 and a ground 28 and of a dielectric-loss measuring means 27 which measures a dielectric loss.</p> |
