PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramics sheet, wherein sheet surface being smooth, high adhesive characteristics between sheets is provided, even when an electrode is formed on the surface for laminating. SOLUTION: When a ceramics slurry coated by a film thickness 2μm on a carrier film F by a painting unit 2 of a painting device 1 is dried in drying ovens 3A-3C, drying is performed so that a residue quantity of a solvent in a ceramics green sheet S after being dried is equal to 0.5-30 wt.% of the entire quantity. Thus, apparent sheet density of the green sheet S is lowered while sheet deformation becomes easier, so that the movement of ceramics powder in the green sheet S is easy to take place, resulting in almost an even dispersion of the ceramics powder during sheet drying, so that sheet surface roughness is improved and sheet defect is settled. Further, an electrode is easy to sink in the sheet at laminating after electrode painting, resulting in the adhesion of ceramics sheets of the upper and lower layers for prevention of inter-sheet peeling.
