PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of a location register for a mobile communication network. SOLUTION: A simultaneous call request containing identification number (incoming mobile machine number) of a mobile machine 6 and position registration area identification information (simultaneous call area identification information) corresponding to the mobile machine 6 is sent through a common line signal network 14 to an exchanging station 24 (S402). At the same time, when this simultaneous call request is sent to the exchanging station, authentication information concerning the mobile machine 6 is sent to a repeating/exchanging station 7 as well. This station 7, which receives the simultaneous call request, sends an authentication request signal through a base station 1 (S404). The mobile machine 6, which receives the authentication request signal, sends an authentication response signal to the base station 1 (S326). The station 7, which receives the authent ication response signal, compares the authentication information received from a location register 5 with the authentication responded result from the mobile machine 6 and confirms the authenticity of the mobile machine 6. The station 7 sends an authentication request response signal to the location register 5 at the same time with the collective call response (S406).
