1,5-disubstituted 7a-methylperhydroinden-3a-ol derivatives having general formula (I): wherein the symbol -------- represents a single or a double bond, the symbol @ represents a Z or E configuration, A and L have the meanings given in the description; processes for producing same and their use for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of cardiovascular disorders, such as heart failure and hypertension are disclosed.
