The heat exchanger comprises a top and bottom manifold separated by a specific profile formed by an external I section wall and an internal rectangular wall. The profile defines a heat carrying fluid circulation zone having four vertical conduits (3) separated by partitions (11,21) and three vertical conduits forming a convection chimney (1) and two convection half chimneys (2). There is a sealing joint between the manifolds and the profile.
