PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay circuit for suppressing the generation of noises and reducing power consumption. SOLUTION: When input signals IN are at a low level, transistors 8 and 9 are turned off, while transistors 10 and 11 are turned to bring output OUT to low. Then, when the input signals IN becomes high, the transistor 8 is turned on. Also, when an (a) point potential lowers corresponding to the time constant of a resistor 3 and a capacitance 4, and reaches a threshold voltage, the transistor 9 is turned on and the transistor 10 is turned off. As a result, the output OUT becomes high and the transistor 11 is turned OFF. Then, when the input signals IN are changed to low, the transistor 11 is turned on and the (a) point potential starts to rise again. Then, when the (a) point potential reaches the threshold voltage, the transistor 10 is turned on, and the transistor 9 is turned off, so that the output OUT becomes low and the transistor 8 is turned off. |
