PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide useful information for a possessor or a 3rd party of a mobile communication terminal by utilizing current position information of the mobile communication terminal such as a PHS (R). SOLUTION: A position information acquisition server 13 acquires and stores current position information of each PHS terminal 1. An automatic telephone voice response device 19 makes an automatic response to a phone call from the PHS terminal 1 to send a voice message urging an input of requested information type to the PHS terminal 1. When a possessor of the PHS terminal 1 enters an information type by a pushbutton or in voice with respect to the message, the automatic telephone voice response device 19 sends an information request including the information type and a telephone number of the PHS terminal 1 to an information server 15. The information server 15 uses the telephone number of the PHS terminal 11 to inquire of the position information acquisition server 13 about the current position of the PHS terminal 1, retrieves corresponding response information from a database 17 by using the acquired current position and the information type as a key, and gives the response information to the automatic telephone voice response device 19. The automatic telephone voice response device 19 converts the response information into a voice message and sends the message to the PHS terminal 1. |
