METHOD OF TREATMENT OF SPACIOUS PURULENT WOUNDS

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method includes intravenous introduction of antibiotic in minimum single dose. Simultaneously blood is irritated by red laser. Power at light-guide end equals 2 mW. Blood may be irradiated by infrared laser at 1 mW power. Wound surface is exposed to red laser irradiation at power density of 10-20 mW/sq.cm or to infrared laser irradiation at power density of 5-10 mW/sq.cm. Wound surface exposure is performed either at beginning of phase of antibiotic removal from blood or before intravenous irradiation of blood. Then antibiotic application in maximum therapeutic doses is carried out. Given method allows reduced tissue resorption of fine-dispersed compounds and medicinal preparations from wound surface to organism. EFFECT: improved treatment results. 5 tbl, 3 dwg
