SUBSTANCE: for descent of object by parachute, object is movably secured to parachute lines by means of rope and roller; second end of rope is passed through opening in parachute canopy and is movably connected with flying vehicle to control rate of paying out the rope; after object is beyond flying vehicle, rope is slightly decelerated. EFFECT: possibility of performing parachute descent at low altitudes; enhanced control of descent rate.
