FIELD: TV equipment, video telephones, optical monitoring systems. SUBSTANCE: method involves application of information signal to memory unit, storing information signal in memory unit, and generation of video signal at image carrier upon its scanning. Goal of invention is achieved by storing of information signal in memory unit and sending control signal from scanning unit to video signal generation unit, which is optically or electrically connected to image carrier which is designed as emitting elements. Corresponding device has memory unit, scanning unit, which is directly connected to video signal generation unit, and image carrier. Memory unit is connected to scanning unit. Video signal generation unit is connected to image carrier. Goal of invention is achieved by feedback circuit for connection of scanning unit to memory unit, by optical or electrical connection of video signal generation unit to image carrier and by design of image carrier as set of emitting elements.
