<p>The invention concerns a method for inducing an osteoblast differentiation and/or for obtaining cells involved in the osteoblast differentiation, starting with human extramedullary adipose tissue cells, which consists in incubating for a sufficient amount of time said initial cells in a liquid nutrient medium for developing said cells, said nutrient medium containing at least a glucocorticoid and free from adipogenic factor. The invention is useful for producing bone implants, in particular by means of autologous cells.</p> |
