<p>A handling tool or a sighting tool (400) for coupling to a cutting guide (306) includes a substantially elongate first end shaped to be grasped by human hand. The handling tool includes at least two mating tines (408), disposed at a second end of the handling tool. The mating tines (408) are biased to move toward each other, and are forced apart from each other by a cam (414) portioned therebetween.
