The invention concerns a book structure (10) characterised in that it comprises, assembled under one cover, a certain number of bound pages, some of which at least consist of leaflets whereof the dimensions exceed those of the cover (11), with the external part of each section (mark) glued to corresponding adjacent leaflets (12) and having, relative to the reading direction, at least one vertical folding line (14) coinciding with the straight line of the book back (15) to define the adjacent surfaces (16), and at least a horizontal folding line (17) for covering the external element of the overlap (18) of the lower and/or upper part of the covering surface of the book cover (11).
