FIELD: cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has condenser, pump, heat exchanger, and turbine all coupled in tandem in circulating circuit, as well as throttle, separator, sprayer, checkers, receiver-heater, and sealed split casing with cooled vacuum screen insulation wherein screen is made of metal and has channel uniformly distributed on its body surface. All parts, apparatuses, and pipings constituting process equipment of plant are placed in sealed casing wherein vacuum is maintained. Working medium of plant is heated by radiant energy transferred by sealed casing walls whose temperature is same as ambient temperature to cooling screen and receiver-heater surfaces. EFFECT: provision for using surrounding atmosphere heat for heating low-temperature working medium to provide useful work of turbine. 1 dwg
