A sleeve part (17') is located in an upper housing section (16) sealed and movable in an axial direction and is connected with the piston (6). In the sleeve part a clamping cone (17) is located movable against the force of a second coil spring (33), so that by the axial movement of a conical surface (19) of the clamping cone is located relative to a conical surface (31) of the sleeve part so that the clamping cone is closed. The hydraulic pressure is applied in an intermediate space (38), between the clamping cone and the piston (6). The spring force of the first coil spring (13) is set stronger than the spring force of the second spring.
