FIELD: oxygen enrichment of water by using energy of sea waves and atmospheric air streams. SUBSTANCE: device has pipe suspended in vertical position and provided with valves and floats. Expander with pipe of inflatable flexible rings is installed in a spaced relation above float. Pipe accommodates impeller rigidly coupled with drive shaft of pump. The latter is placed at bottom of vertical pipe and its delivery pipes are brought out to water reservoir surface and provided with sprayers. Vertical pipe has stabilizer in bottom part. EFFECT: improved amount of water delivered to sea water surface. 2 dwg
