FLOATATION MACHINE FOR PURIFICATION OF SEWAGE

FIELD: sewage purification. SUBSTANCE: floatation machine for purification of sewage includes body divided into communicating chambers. Impeller units are installed inside chambers. Jet aerators are placed in addition in first chamber downstream of sewage, last chamber has plate clarifier. There is put branch pipe to supply dirty water across inlet to first chamber. Branch pipe to let out clarified water is positioned across outlet of last chamber. Upper part of body carries chute to remove trapped foulings in the form of foam product. Screens which minimal size of cell lies between 0.1 and 1.0 mm are located between chambers. Grids are mounted perpendicular to screens at level from lower end to center of height of screens. Pocket incorporating filtering dispersive material is arranged between last chamber and outlet branch pipe. Size of particles of material does not exceed 0.5-5.0 mm. Plates of clarifier can be manufactured from magnetic material and filtering material can be produced from hydrophobic substances. EFFECT: reduced turbulence in chambers that diminishes carry-over of finely dispersed bubbles with foulings and improves floatation. 2 cl, 1 dwg
