FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: warning system includes radio buoy with parachute stowed in flying vehicle well, mechanism for bringing buoy out of this well and unit for estimation of extremal situation which controls procedure of bringing radio buoy out of well. Radio buoy is provided with water presence sensor, inflatable floating device and release unit. Radio buoy is connected with structural members of flying vehicle by means of towing line which makes it possible to place radio buoy in immediate vicinity of distressed vehicle.
