Endoscopic expander with tubular basic body and handle

The handle (4) is positioned on the proximal end of the basic body (2) and has two proximal branches (10) fixed to the distal end of the basic body. A distal branch (12) is attached to the distal end of each proximal branch. The handle operates a spring-loaded slide rod (28) guided along and inside the tubular basic body by a plastics part (20,24) on the distal and proximal ends. An axially movable turning handle (16) is positioned on the basic body. The distal branches are joined by a flexible wire (36) to the turning handle.
