FIELD: glass making industry. SUBSTANCE: pressing head of glass molding machine includes housing, sleeve-type valve and bottom shutter. Sleeve-type valve is in the form of spring-loaded rod mounted with gap between housing and rod. One end of rod serves as bottom shutter and it is in the form of truncated cone abutting to inner lateral side of housing; its other end works as piston moving inside hollow housing of head. Inner cavity of head has lateral turning and rest for mounting spring. EFFECT: enhanced quality of products with use of such head. 1 dwg
