Continuous press for manufacture of chipboard

The press has roller bars (1) of 14-20mm diameter. Non-flexible bearing bolts engage into bores (10) in the bar end faces, for axial bar displacement. The bolts are anchored with press fit in joint sleeves (9) of the guide chains (12). Bars and chains are guided on the same radius (R) by toothed intake and guide gears (6, 16). The bore diameters (E) in the bars correspond to the bolt diameter (d) plus double the roller bar gap distance. Each bolt has a diameter of approximately 5mm.
