<p>The present invention relates to a therapeutic agent for hepatitis, comprising an integrin inhibitor as an active ingredient. The integrin inhibitors which can be used here include antibodies, proteins other than antibodies, polypeptides, peptides, nucleic acids, saccharides, their derivatives, low molecular weight compounds, etc. respectively capable of being bound to an integrin. In the present invention, especially anti-VLA-4 antibodies, VLA-4 inhibiting peptides and VLA-4 inhibiting low molecular weight compounds are effective as therapeutic agents for hepatitis.</p> |
