PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a more fun roulette game as compared with a conventional roulette game by taking much interest in the ongoing process of the roulette game and contents of a game result by players. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first operating part 4 functioning as a roulette rotary disc, an operating switch 20 for preliminarily predicting the status when the operation of this first operating part 4 is stopped by players and setting the status and a judging means judging whether predicted contents set by the operation of the operating switch 20 is right or wrong. The device is provided with a second operating part 5 functioning as a roulette rotary disc which is separate from the first operating part 4. The judging means is constituted so that the contents of the hitting result of a game may be separated into a first hitting and a second hitting by depending on whether the operating status or the operating result of the second operating part 5 is in a preliminarily fixed constant relation to the predicted contents or not when the predicted contents for the first operating part 4 set by the operating switch 20 is judged to be hit.
