PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bleaching agent composition filled in a container and storable for a long period without causing the caking of the content. SOLUTION: A bleaching agent composition containing sodium percarbonate and sodium carbonate is filled in a plastic container composed of one or more layers and having an aeration hole. The thickness of the plastic container is 20-500μm and one or more layers constituting the plastic container has a carbon dioxide permeability of >=500 cc/m<2> /24 hr.
