<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly attract an armature plate to an attraction face of a rotor by forming two annular slits on the attraction face of the rotor, dividing the armature plate into two in a radius direction at an almost center of two annular slits, and joining an outer periphery of an inner ring and an inner periphery of an outer ring in a state that they are opposite to each other. SOLUTION: An outer peripheral face of an inner ring 24 and an inner peripheral face of an outer ring 25 formed by dividing an armature plate 2 into two in a radius direction, are mounted at an interval 29, and an outer periphery of the inner ring 24 and an inner periphery of the outer ring 25 are joined with each other by the resistance welding with the non-magnetic metal 30 such as copper, aluminium, stainless. Then a line of magnetic force generated by energizing a coil is reciprocated twice between the armature plate 2 and the attraction face of the rotor 3 throughout the total periphery, whereby the armature plate can be strongly attracted to the attraction face of the rotor. As the outer peripheral face of the inner ring 24 and the inner peripheral face of the outer ring 25 are joined by the resistance welding, they can be punched by a press.</p> |
