<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminate efficiently using a semi-cured film which shows outstanding adhesive properties with a base material, long-lasting weatherability, antimarring properties, solvent resistance or the like and at the same time, is stable for a long time in a semi-cured state optimal for lamination. SOLUTION: A saturated polymer as a main chain, a first crosslinking agent which chemically reacts with the functional group of the polymer at a temperature of 50 deg.C or higher and a second crosslinking agent which requires at least, a temperature of 80 deg.C or higher for a chemical reaction with the function group are mixed together. The first crosslinking agent is first caused to chemically react with part of the function group to obtain a semi-cured film whose gel molar fraction is within the range of 40 wt.% or higher and 95 wt.% or lower and this film is laminated on a reinforcing fiber impregnated layer. Further, the uncured heat-setting resin in the reinforcing fiber impregnated layer is to be cured and at the same time, the semi-cured film is to be crosslinked by chemically reacting with the second crosslinking agent with the functional group to form the laminate.</p> |
