PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject film for further improving dripproof durability, useful as an agricultural covering material, by combining specific inorganic particles and using them. SOLUTION: In making a composition obtained by adding at least (B) a dripproof agent and (C) inorganic particles to (A) a vinyl chloride-based resin composed of (i) 5-100 wt.% of an ethylene-vinyl chloride copolymer having 0.1-10 wt.% of ethylene content and (ii) 95-0 wt.% of another vinyl chloride-based polymer into a film, the component C contains 0.1-15 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A of a particle of a compound metal hydroxide salt of the formula (Y is a n-valent anion; M is a divalent metal; 0.01<=x<1 and 0<=m) and 0.1-5 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A of one or more inorganic particles selected from silica, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide and feldspar. The total amount of ethylene in the component A is preferably 0.1-7 wt.% and the average particle diameter of the hydroxide salt is 0.01-10μm, etc.
