PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fold an existing carrying truck without bulkiness while leaving its interior equipped with a cold-reserving cover. SOLUTION: A cover main body 1 is formed in a box type which can be installed in the interior of a carrying truck consisting of a soft heat insulating material and has an opening surface 2 in response to the loading/unloading port of the carrying truck. A covering piece 16 opened at three sides except a ceiling surface 4 side is formed on the opening surface 2. Folding scheduled lines 20, 21 are formed on the side surface 6 along a line by which the upper/ lower angles (a right angle, 2θ) of a back surface 3 side are divided into two. The installation piece 22 for installing to the panel of the truck is projected and taken as a cold-reserving cover 24 (a). The cold-reserving cover 24 is installed for interior trim by matching the opening surface 22 with the loading/ unloading port of the carrying truck. At the storing time of the carrying truck, when the covering piece 16 is opened as putting the cold-reserving cover 24 on (b) and the cold-reserving cover 24 is folded along the folding scheduled lines 20, 21 (c), as the side surface 6 of the cold-reserving cover 24 is folded in a fixed shape, it is not bulky (d).
