<p>New discovery is associated with the cephalosporin derivatives of the general formula.(Formula 1) It is X CH or N; R1 is hydrogen or cyclopentyl; R2 is a group of formulas;(Formula group) R3 is an alkali-metal ion or third-degree ammonium group; R4 hydrogen is an amino preserver group, pyrrolidine-2-imethyl, azetidine-3-imethyl, iminomethyl, 1- carbamimidoyl; R5 is hydrogen, dialkylcarbamoyl, w-hydroxyalkyl, w-aminoalkyl, pyridinium-1-methyl, 1-hydroxy-3-aminomethyl- propyl or (hydroxyl)- pyrrolidine -2-il) methyl: R6 hydrogen, trifluoromethyl or hydroxyl; and R7 is alkyl, w-hydroxyalkyl, cycloalkyl, 3-pyrrolidinyl, 3-azetidinyl, iminomethyl or 1-carbamimidoyl.</p> |
