PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating compsn. which is curable at normal temp. and is excellent in weatherability, water resistance, adhesion to substrates, and stain resistance by compounding a fluorocopolymer formed essentially form a fluoroolefin, cyclohexyl acrylate, an organosilicone compd., and other alkyl acrylate with a cure accelerator. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises a fluorocopolymer and a cure accelerator. The fluorocopolymer is formed essentially from A 5-70 mol.% fluoroolefin, (B) 20-70 mol.% cyclohexyl acrylate optionally having a substituent (substituents) on the cyclohexyl group and having no crosslink structure (C), 1-20 mol.% organosilicon compd. of the formula: R-SiXn Y3-n (wherein R is an olefinically unsatd. group; X is 1-20C alkyl; Y is a hydrolyzable group provided when two or more X's or Y's are present, then they may be the same or different; and n is 0, 1 or 2), and (D) 1-50 mol.% alkyl acrylate other than monomer B. |
