摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject material excellent in flowability at the molding time without increasing the specific gravity, having a little bending and transformation, and further having an excellent electric nonconductivity even under a high temperature and high humidity condition by compounding a filter containing a walnut powder to a phenol resin. SOLUTION: The objective material comprises (A) a phenol resin such as a novolak type phenol resin and a resol type phenol resin, and (B) a filler comprising (i) a walnut powder and optionally (ii) an inorganic substrate such as an inorganic powder such as silica, alumina, aluminum hydroxide, glass, tale, clay, mica, calcium carbonate and carbon, and an inorganic fiber such as glass fiber, and (iii) another organic substrate such as wood powder, coconut husk powder, pulp, organic fiber, a fragment of cloth, plywood powder and thermoplastic resin powder. Preferably, the component (i) has a grain size capable of wholly passing 60 mesh, 2-15 wt.% ash content, 2-15 wt.% water content and pH 4-8, and the compounding amount thereof is 3-45 wt.% based on the whole amount of the material.
