PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester decorative veneer with curved face and a manufacturing method for a secondary product using the same. SOLUTION: A decorative paper 7 is bonded on the surface of a base 1 by a paste 6, and a polyester resin film 8 is formed on the decorative paper 7. The polyester decorative veneer is provided with a plurality of slit-shaped channels 15 cut from the outer face on the side opposite to the decorative paper of the base 1 into the plate thickness direction. A plurality of slit-shaped channels 15 are formed of a plurality of parallel channels, and a plurality of channels groups formed of a plurality of parallel channels are formed all over from one of the base 1 through the other end. Thin wall sections are bent without damage and destruction by folding the thin wall sections in the vicinity of spaces of the parallel channels on the surface on the side opposite to the decorative sheet of the base 1 by the arrangement. The polyester decorative veneer is provided with the curved sections as a whole, and can be formed into the solid shape by the light work in a mass production at low cost. |
