METHOD FOR PRODUCING PLASTIC COMPOSITE PROFILE, APPARATUS FOR IMPLEMENTING METHOD, AND PLASTIC COMPOSITE PROFILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a plastic composite profile having an optional cross section by coextruding a plastic material consisting of an outside layer or a skin layer of the first material and at least one inside layer of another material which is adhered to the skin layer. SOLUTION: In the first stage, a cylindrical composite linear extruded article 16 having a solid cross section in which an outside ring is formed from the material of a skin layer and a core is formed from the material of an inside layer is prepared with the use of a coextrusion unit 14, and the cross section of the article 16 is deformed gradually into a desired profile cross section so that the skin layer 1 is left at least in the whole basic part of a finished profile by using a simple extrusion head 17 downstream from the unit 14.
