PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the adhesion between an ink dot and an original plate, and ensure the mechanical strength by a method wherein a solid printing original plate manufactured by melting a solid ink which is solid at a room temperature, and jetting it, the ink dot height of the solid ink after being solidified on a base body, and the aspect ratio are set in specified ranges. SOLUTION: An image is formed on an intermediate medium by melting and jetting a solid ink, and the image is transferred from the intermediate medium to a base body, and a printing original plate is manufactured, and in this case, the ink height of the solid ink after being solidified on the base body is set to be 5μm or higher, and the aspect ratio (the ratio of ink height/ ink clot short axis diameter) is set to be in a range of 0.5-0.05. Also, preferably, the ink dot after being solidified is made a shape wherein the ratio for the long axis/short axis (the in-surface aspect ratio) becomes 1.5 or lower. In addition, the ink dot is formed in such a manner that the maximum short axis diameter of the ink dot after solidification may become 10μm or higher, and the contact angle of the ink dot to the base body may become 20 deg. or higher, and by these, the service life of the printing original plate is improved. |
