PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently wash a matter to be washed by continuously and efficiently generating ozone. SOLUTION: Air is pressurized by a pressurizing process 11, then moisture in air is removed by a dehumidifying process 12 and air is cooled by a cooling process 13. Air dried and cooled through the processes 12 and 13 generates ozone by a electric discharging phenomenon by an ozone generating process 14. Air including ozone is sprayed to the matter to be washed by a washing process. |
