PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily trap iron powder in oil in an oil reservoir, hardly disperse iron powder trapped in the oil reservoir and improve draining performance. SOLUTION: This power transmission device 20 has a unit casing 21, in which power transmitting units including a differential limiting clutch mechanism, an electromagnet 29 and a servo operating mechanism are stored, connected and fixed to the front end of a differential casing 12. An oil reservoir 72 is provided in the bottom at the front end of the differential casing 12 to be located near the outer periphery of the electromagnet 29, a drain plug 73 with magnetic force is provided facing the bottom of the oil reservoir 72 and an oil stir preventing shelf 16 is provided near and above the oil reservoir 72 so that iron powder in oil can be trapped and held without dispersion, to improve draining performance. |
